2nd Shift Call Center Representative - Onsite

Are you looking for a permanent, long term opportunity with growth potential? Our client is hiring and we would love to speak with people who are passionate about providing quality customer service and assisting customers with booking travel reservations. This is a long term position with growth potential and benefits.
There may be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available. Must be able to work 1 weekend day.
Onsite in Alpharetta
Pay: $17.50 (Additional $1 per hour for Bilingual Spanish)
The Position:
- Inbound call center environment
- Calls are from customers looking to book travel either using their rewards that have been accumulated, or purchasing travel using their payment card. You will also provide assistance to customers who have booked, but need help with cancelling, or making changes.
- Helping customers navigate what they can do and where they can go with their reward points
- Assisting customers experiencing issues with points redemption, etc.
- 40 hours of work a week
- Multiple shifts available!

Who We Are Looking For:
- REQUIRED - High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Preferred - 1 year of recent work experience with travel, airlines, hotels, or car rentals
- Preferred - Bilingual Spanish/English
- Preferred - Call center customer service experience
- Ability to train from home (distraction free, hardwired)
