Job Description

Seeking for (TWO) 2 Customer Service Representatives in East Brunswick, NJ! This is individual will be providing friendly and exceptional service to customers for a growing company!

Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance offered! We are seeking for individuals with open availability and would be able to work 1-2 weekends per month. The company culture is very friendly!

Responsibilities include:

Handling over 50-70 calls on a daily basis
Process customer warranty claims and returns according to company policies and procedures.
Communicate with customer and sales team regarding product availability, delivery dates, order cancellations and order status.
Interface with all levels of staff to ensure customer satisfaction and trouble shoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Keep abreast of product line, prices, delivery time, various marketing promotional services and similar data.
Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely delivery and repair of returned units.
Adhere to call center SLA’s and departmental metrics

We are seeking individuals with previous experience working in a call center environment. This will be a temporary seasonal position until September.
