Immediate opening for experienced Customer Service Rep (CSR) for busy Insurance Agency in Bergen County.
Responsibilities include:
O Process Applications
O Process Coverage Changes
O Assist insured with billing and coverage inquires
O Track and verify completion of all policy activities.
O Obtain necessary information from insured and prepare proposals.
O Maintain customer files (physical and on-line).
Candidate must have experience dealing with clients, computer proficient and must have NJ Property and Casualty License. We will consider candidate who is working toward their license. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Schedule is M-F (9-5), Compensation is $20 per hour, paid vacation, holiday, and sick time.
