Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day growth, maintenance, and performance reporting of all digital marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Specialist is also tasked with ongoing product data optimization supporting SEO/SEM/PurePlay E-Commerce efforts.

Essential Job Duties

• Assists with front-end website updates, product and content optimization.
• Successfully launches and deactivates scheduled sales and promotions.
• Assists with digital systems integrations, including but not limited to PIM, CRM, POS, Magento, and WordPress.
• Supports customer engagement tools, including but not limited to Yotpo,Olark, and Klaviyo.
• Oversees paid digital marketing spend and ROI reporting.
• Assists with weekly contact with digital agency vendors.
• Assists with monthly contact with SEM Account Managers.
• Partners with team to help with optimization and maintenance of integrated product feeds.
• Supports E-Commerce Account Manager with digital asset procurement and delivery to PurePlay partnerships.
• Assists with product data optimization and deployment of enhanced content.
• Assists with QA testing and review of products during new partner onboarding and product launch process.
• Stays current with digital marketing, industry trends and best practices serving as a resource for the team.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Roles

1. Support SEM: SEO and PPC optimization
2. Support E-Commerce growth Initiatives
3. Produce weekly digital marketing reporting dashboards

Metrics

• Product feeds fully optimized for search and zero disapproved items flagged for issues
• Deployment of Enhanced Content for top 100 eCommerce products

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field;
• Minimum three years’ experience in digital marketing or directly related experience;
• Experience with digital display, search, and social media;
• Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment;
• Experience gathering, analyzing and meeting business requirements;
• WordPress experience preferred;
• Magento experience preferred;
• Highly self-motivated and self-directed;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Solid understanding of major operating systems
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;
• Strong organizational skills;

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers. May require up to 25% travel to photoshoot and market locations.
