Salary: $150,000 - $160,000 DOE

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a curious and pragmatic Director of Information Technology to join our fast-growing company. Key Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in network, systems, and IT administration
• Proficient in Active Directory and Azure
• Experienced with supporting multiple sites
• Experienced with cloud-based SSO and identity management
• Associates or Bachelors degree, preferred but not required
• Microsoft certifications (Azure, Office 365 / Sharepoint, Outlook / Exchange) preferred
• Cisco certifications preferred
• Linux systems administration preferred
• This position is onsite only, not eligible as a remote position

Essential Job Duties

• Lead IT strategy for our diverse team of 200+ (and growing!)
• Create IT policies that empower and protect our team
• Plan budgets and advocate for investments when needed
• Develop processes and relationships to procure servers and employee laptops
• Develop and execute on our IT roadmap including hardware and cloud services
• Oversee our Office 365 and Azure services
• Manage IT vendors including our MSP, ISP, Microsoft, and others
• Administer single sign-on (SSO) and identity management
• Create and maintain employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Partner with our executive team to help them grow their departments
• Oversee audits as needed for fundraising and regulatory activities
• Make our remote employees feel as at home as those on site
• Be ultimately responsible for our network availability, reliability, and security
