Position Overview: Safari Ltd® is looking for an outgoing and self-motivated Sales Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with great communication and customer service skills, highly motivated, and an enthusiastic person with a passion for toys. A Digital Sales & Customer Care Representative must be organized, independent, articulate and driven. On the phone or through social media, a Digital Sales & Customer Care Representative must have a genuine interest in learning about our company and the markets we serve and applying that knowledge to develop their book of business. They must be able to engage the customer on the phone as well as through texting and email communication. Must be detailed oriented and be able to compose professional emails and text messages using proper grammar. We have an exciting on-board training program designed to help you meet these requirement as well as exciting and innovative technology to help accomplish your tasks as a Sales Support Representative.

 

Other functions the Sales Support Representative role entails:

· Spend considerable time on the phone primarily making outbound calls to develop a book of business and sell to leads that are provided

· Maintain day-to-day contact with clients, building relationships with each through phone and email

· Possess working knowledge of all Safari Ltd® products and be able to articulate the benefits of each collection

· Study client needs and develop a long-term growth plan

· Communicate to customers and advise ways to maximize internal promotions

· Close, manage, and up sell accounts with a strong emphasis on repeat business

· Tracks and responds to Internet and website leads

· Monitors incoming e-mail traffic from website and referral services.

· Develops client prospecting file upon receipt of a lead

· Respond to customers with knowledge, compassion and a high level of customer service via telephone, email and chat.

· Easily establish rapport with customers.

· Ability to process information and merchandise through ERP system.

· Process orders prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure brand satisfaction.

· The role entails a high amount of customer interaction via the phone: Ability to ensure customers understand product information and provide additional information as needed.

· Prepare complete, accurate and up-to-date customer records.

· Manage current customer accounts while preparing and tracking purchase orders.

· Ability to write professional emails to customers.

· Participate and implement programs designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

· Data Entry

· Handle Help Desk tickets

· Communicate with team members to get orders processed in a timely manager.

· And perform other job-related duties or other assigned task and projects as directed by company management and/or supervisors.

· Job duties may be changed or added base on department and company needs.

 

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Strategic, big picture thinking and a thirst to learn

· Must be self-directed and motivated and also have the ability to work well within a team environment

· Previous knowledge of business ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite or QuickBooks) is a plus.

· Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Punctuality and consistent work attendance

· Cold-calling, Prospecting skills

· Previous Knowledge of a Customer Service Helpdesk System (Service Cloud, Zendesk, etc.) is a plus

· Hunter Mentality

· Salesforce or CRM is required

· Business Development skills
