Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Our client is looking for multiple friendly, detail-oriented, and communication-driven customer service representatives. As the Customer Success Agent, you would be responsible for ensuring efficient and comprehensive service to all customers through incoming and outgoing calls, completing basic data entry tasks, providing support and response to all customer inquiries, and building strong relationships with customers. These are full-time, direct-hire, in-office positions that offer $16.50 per hour with the ability to earn bonuses and promotions!

Requirements of the Customer Success Agent Include:

• Answering inbound and making outbound calls and work calls and responding to customer requests within established timelines in order to maintain service level expectations and deliver quality service to customers
• Assuring all regulatory requirements are met concerning customer interaction by explaining policies and procedures courteously and patiently
• Maintaining confidentiality of customer’s nonpublic information
• Providing information and knowledgeable assistance regarding mortgage loans by retrieving loan information and providing customers their information quickly and efficiently
• Building customer relationships by actively listening and resolving complaints quickly, efficiently, and accurately
• Providing written and verbal responses to customer inquiries as needed
