$23-26/hr DOE

We are an AI company creating transformative core technology for the robotics industry. We are looking for a Robot Application Specialist to join our Client Services team.

The RAS will use our proprietary software to configure sites for successful scanning as well as continue to monitor sites for operational excellence. The RAS is expected to be an outward-facing role, interacting with implementation technicians, account management, as well as customer’s end users and managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be the Subject Matter Expert on Brain scanner applications for both the implementation and ongoing support of existing customers.
• Monitor data collected on fielded scanner operations.
• Follow through the technical and non-technical actions that are identified through the monitoring.
• Prepare and deliver reports as needed/requested by customers.
• Take the necessary actions to respond to collected data to include triage of problems, escalate and track problems as needed and contacting customer sites and personnel.
• Follow defined processes and protocols to achieve operational excellence.
• Be able to independently resolve common technical issues that have been trained on.

What you need:

• 1-3 years of experience working with customers in a technical field or customer service role is

preferred.

• Proven record of quickly developing expertise in new technologies.
• Proficiency in English verbal and written skills required.
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft and Google G-suite applications.
• Must be able to professionally present to customers.
• Reliability, dependability, and flexibility with changing customer requirements required. Must

be a self-starter and detail oriented.

Things that make a difference:

• Ability to speak a foreign language is a plus.
• Experience with SQL, Linux, Tableau, ZenDesk, Confluence.
• Ability to identify and articulate tooling improvements that will provide input to engineering requirements.
