Summary of Position:
At EspriGas, we pride ourselves on making the complex simple. We get excited about our ability to provide an unsurpassed service experience to our customers by simplifying and meeting their needs for beverage, industrial, and medical gases. We are seeking a savvy, self-driven relationship builder to join our team as our newest Customer Care Representative.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience for each customer through call, email and chat
- Assist customers to process requests for service and delivery
Education and Experience:
- 1+ years of customer service or call experience
- Data entry experience a plus
- Bilingual/bicultural in English and Spanish or any Asian culture
Skills/Abilities:
- Outgoing, dynamic and friendly personality - we will train the rest!
- Empathic and customer focused
- Customer-centric approach with a sense of urgency
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
After a period of training if office, we office a hybrid work environment.
