IT Associate - Student

Homer Electric Association is seeking a high school senior to fill the position of IT Associate in our Homer office - this position is limited to no more than 400 hours over the course of the summer with a schedule to be determined after discussion with the applicant. This position will provide support for routine IT functions including regular computer, server, hard drive maintenance; inventory/equipment verification; software upgrades; and routine programming functions.
The successful applicant will be an incoming or exiting HS Senior and demonstrate a positive attitude. The applicant is required to have completed Algebra I with at least a "B" grade and provide a letter of recommendation from a school counselor, teach or prior employer/volunteer coordinator.
