Key Account Manager

This position will be responsible for semiconductor equipment products sales and work closely with the entire organization including Inside Sales, Operations and Finance.

KEY ACCOUNT Manager - Electronics

Responsibilities

• Develop and ensure sales & marketing strategies for products and services within a defined region
• Introduce and execute strategic goals in collaboration with global HPM sales & market unit managers to ensure growth.
• Participate in team meetings (manufacturing review, MRB, sales, marketing, etc.) as required to facilitate goals.
• Increase customer base by initiating contact with prospective customers for adding new technical capabilities and diversifying product offering.
• Partner with Inside Sales group and provide product knowledge to ensure accurate and competitive quotes resulting in secure orders at target margins.
• Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, sales meetings and periodic visits to headquarters in Austria and other company facilities throughout the world as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Five to seven years’ industrial sales and marketing experience in a B2B environment, preferably in semiconductor equipment/electronics sector.
• Solid proficiency in MS Office Suite. Knowledge of SAP R/3 sales module desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as effective interaction at all levels and across diverse cultures.
• Proven leadership abilities, organization and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and prospects.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop recommendations and solutions.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 33% of the time).
