Job Description
We have 2 Clients in Raleigh looking for Inside Counter Sales/Customer Service Associates. Shipping/Receiving experience a plus!
Experience working in a hardware store (Lowes/Home Depot or Ace Hardware a plus)
Work Schedule: 8am-4:30pm TUES-SAT
- Weekly Pay
- Medial, Dental and Term Life insurance Offered
- Starting Pay: $15-$16/hr
What will I be Doing?
- Assisting customers by phone and in person (for walk-in traffic/counter sales)
- Using the computer system to provide information on price and availability
- Restock product, write tickets and help with product questions
- Order processing and related customer assistance. In addition to handling stock orders, this includes processing special orders, presenting promotions, handling customer returns and related tasks.
- Warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping)
- This individual should excel in a team-oriented work environment — working with staff to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded and providing contributions that support customer retention goals and company/branch growth objectives.
