The role will serve as a key node in the organization, interacting continuously with operations, business development, accounting, and the leadership team. This position will report to the VP of Finance.

This position will report to the VP of Finance.
Job Duties - Initial
- Analyze monthly operational results and financial statements
- Lead monthly results and forecast discussions with operations and leadership teams
- Build and maintain BP&A models
- Collaborate with operations team to reduce costs
- Develop and distribute routine reports
- Participate in budgeting activities
Job Duties - Growth
- Forecast short-term cash position
- Build return models for growth projects
- Track capital project spending and perform lookback analysis
- Assist in preparation of board and investor materials
- Perform ad hoc analysis on a variety of subjects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or accounting
- 0-3 years of experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Adaptable, curious, and growth-oriented
- Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail
Additional Experience
- Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Jet Reports, PowerBI, or similar reporting tools
- BP&A in industry
