Circulation Customer Service Representative

Brehm Communications, Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Representative for it's Gold Country Media division, located in Auburn, California. 

Pay: $15.50 - $17.50/hour DOE with commission potential

CIRCULATION DEPARTMENT:

• Responsible for coordinating distribution, circulation sales, preparing forms and reports relating to distribution of our newspapers and other publications we produce, updating of in house forms such as; draw forms, special promotion reports etc., including BCI circulation reports.
• Promoting circulation sales and expanding our community reach and readership.  
• Expanding and monitoring our single copy sales and vendor locations.  
• End of month reporting and close communications with business office on necessary recording.   Picking up payments, checking rack locations, and maintaining all avenues of distribution of our newspapers and magazines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Customer service and sales – handling of incoming and outgoing sales transaction calls.  Posting corrections and running labels for our core publications as well as Progress and other inter-company publications as needed. Creating and managing new promotions to increase readers.  Contacting and maintaining relationships with our dealers, contractors, and others who deliver or sell our newspapers. 

• Posting data and processing label runs for all newspapers and commercial printing. 
• May prepare weekly job sheets for processing label charges for commercial billing.  
• Subscriptions – activation, labels, complaints, stops, starts and may post payments. 
• A/P, A/R and customer service billing.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance meeting company minimums if driving is required.
• Able to consistently lift 10-25 lbs.
