Cable Installation Technician

**Compensation: $700- $1500+ Pays Weekly via Direct Deposit

**Employment type: Long term 1099 Contractor

RealTek Installations, LLC is looking to add 10 Professional Cable Technicians in the greater Bessemer, AL area! We are a partner with Charter Communications that performs installations while providing A+ level Customer Service for their Spectrum customers. We install, service and educate customers on Video, Phone, Internet (WiFi), and Home Security.

We're looking for Technicians or Installers preferably with cable, satellite, and/or home security installation experience (AT&T, Spectrum, Xfinity, DirectTV, Dish Network, ADT, Time Warner, Bright House, Cox, Wow, MediaCom, etc...) but will also be open to training the right individuals.

Requirements for the position:

• must pass criminal back ground check
  • copy of drivers license needed
  • copy of ss card needed
  • photo for security ID badge will be needed
• must pass drug screen
  • you will have to take within 48hrs of time submitted
• must have a clean driving record - MVR
• must possess Great Customer Service skills
• must possess a high level of communication skills
• must possess A+ time management skills
• must be a self-disciplined and motivated person
• must be able to multi-task and be an extremely organized person
• must have the ability to lift, carry and scale a 28' ladder
• must be physically capable to go under crawl spaces and into attics
• must be able to work in all types of weather (rain, sleet or snow)
• must be flexible with scheduling as this jobs does require weekend work
• must be at least 20 years old to apply
• ability to travel is preferred, but not required.
• it is preferred for you to own your own Spectrum approved work vehicle
  • truck/van/suv that is clean, reliable and can can support a 28' ladder ****(Lease option available for qualified candidates)
• it is preferred that you own your tools, but not required -- meter, ladders, cable prep tools, drills, drill bits, safety PPE, phone, etc. ***(Tool program available for qualified candidates)
• higher % paid to contractors that own all of their own assets
