Overview of the role:

• Responsible for general ledger accounting and timely period-end close for multiple entities
• Responsible for all payroll and benefit journals, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Manage and develop the accounts payable, accounts receivable, social enterprise accounting staff
• Review actual expenses to budget monthly and support business unit and department managers to research and analyze variances
• Prepare the organization's consolidated financial statements and reporting
• Prepare and distribute various monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports internally and externally
• Monitor and review accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Ensure timely completion of all audit support work
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience & 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience with consolidations and consolidated financial reporting
