Job Description

 

Customer service customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, provide customers with information about products and services, receive orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answer questions about their order, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.

You will also be asked to process orders, modify and increase complaints on a number of communication channels. To do well in this role, you need to stay calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Serve customers by providing product and service information; acting as a liaison between the customer and the company, helping with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, bills, cancellations, and other questions; and resolve product and service issues. Customer service jobs may have various changes and incorporate various methods including call center environments or face-to-face interactions.

Look for a quality customer service representative with a high customer focus and the ability to resolve problems in a timely manner. The perfect candidates are very friendly professionals who like to work with people.

Responsible:

  • Respond to inquiries from customers about past, current and pending orders
  • Answering telephone, fax and email calls
  • Fill out documents
  • Solve customer problems
  • Maintaining office equipment
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Respond to customer questions immediately
  • Communicate with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Get to know our products from inside and outside so you can answer questions
  • Processing orders, forms, applications and requests
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as needed
  • Provide feedback about the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Manage a junior customer service representative team
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Qualification:

  • A minimum of 1 years preferred customer service experience is plus
  • Data entry skills are a must
  • Secondary School Diploma is desirable
  • Must be a team player and perform well under pressure
  • Able to operate computer & adept at navigating through multiple screens
  • Strong verbal communication is needed to coordinate with customers as well as outside sales teams and sales management by telephone
  • Good listening & communication skills are needed to respond immediately to customer questions
