Mechanical Engineer (Flushing, NY). Design or redesign production assemblies for aerospace & aircraft component; Test & analyze machining & production assemblies, modify or give advice to modify the design or system based on test result; Read & interprete blueprints & other designing documents, assist drafters & program in developing structural designs of products & equipment, ensure accuracy w/ blueprint & drawings, improve the productivity & safety; Perform operation for CNC machines, load & run cycle programs, set up of fixture & tooling incl. horizontal & vertical axes CNC machine.
