Lab Sample Processing Specialist

JOB ID # 22-66190 Qualifications: • Minimum education: High School Diploma. College degree (preferred not required) or equivalent in years of experience in laboratory or medical sciences. • Minimum experience: 2-3 years of professional experience. • Must have familiarity with transactional work within labs and basic lab safety (work with PPE) • Clear understanding of supply chain or inventory management • Experience in a fast-paced Pharma or Biotech or Medical industry setting • Experience using spreadsheets, inventory systems or other laboratory IT data management solutions • Previous experience with biotech/pharma/medical inventory management or sample management (documentation, organization) a plus. • Project Management skills a plus • Clean room/Aseptic knowledge is nice to have • Able to work independently or with a team, detailed oriented and direct communication skills. Software: knowledge of MS Suite tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), OneNote (nice to have) *Note*: Hybrid role (80% onsite + 20% offsite). Flexible shifts (8a-5p/9a-6p) – (~ 1 day/week), but negotiable for greater flexibility once trained.
