Job Description

Customer Service Representative

Summary:

An established, family-owned recycling company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team!

Requirements:

  • Experience working in the waste collection or recycling industry
  • Experience working on the phone, and able to speak well to assist customers understand available services
  • Basic computer knowledge, data-entry experience is preferred
  • Ability to enter information on company software to create and update accounts
  • Starting pay is $18/hourly and increases to $20 hourly after probationary period
  • Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
