About the role

The Manager, Hub Operations will be a key member of our growing Fleet & Hub Operations Team at Wonder. The successful candidate will support in building the processes and infrastructure of our portfolio of hubs while supporting the company growth. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper guidelines are developed for assigning hubs the proper daily dispatch, planning long-term hub infrastructure while supporting short term needs, and using continuous improvement to improve processes and reduce costs.

You will be responsible for:

+ Support daily vehicle dispatch by providing structure for hub assignments and driving SIOP process for weekly peak service.

+ Using feedback from Hub Managers and Regional Ops teams, provide design guidelines for Hubs to Real Estate team for future construction.

+ Standardize processes across hubs and develop scalable playbooks for future growth.

+ Work with Hub Managers to develop culture of continuous improvement by identifying and streamlining processes.

+ Work with Fleet and Real Estate teams to plan long-term hub capacity supporting the company growth.

+ Review potential site with Real Estate team for go-forward approval, ensuring the meet the standards required

+ Manage infrastructure needs of hubs including but not limited to power generation, vehicle charging, and internet connectivity.

+ Always promotes positive relationships by dealing expertly with all internal and external stakeholders.

+ Recommend new approaches and best practices to continually improve efficiency of departments and services

+ Manage all administrative responsibilities associated with various work streams.

There is daily travel locally required for this position to one or multiple job sites and potential for overnight travel.

The experience you have

+ 5+ years of experience in logistics or distribution hub manager

+ Bachelor of Science in Business or Engineering

+ Experience in process development and improvement

+ Ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to find solutions to complex challenges

Benefits

Base Salary Range:$136,000
