FULFILLMENT MANAGER

We are seeking a highly motivated, hyper-organized and detail-oriented leader to manage all our fulfillment operations. Do you religiously make your bed every morning? Do you triple-check the bank’s math on your credit card bill? Does it cause you pain when the lawnmower lines in the grass aren’t straight? Then this position is for you! The job will require both day-to-day execution of order fulfillment and inventory management, as well as long term efforts to establish high-performance processes and help build a leading logistics organization that will scale with our business.

We will also lean on you to ensure our fulfillment and warehouse management function is world-class and can remain responsive to our growing customer base. You will be able to provide direct feedback on process improvement recommendations and serve as a thought partner in many aspects of the company, especially as they relate to what you are hearing directly from our customers.

Responsibilities

• Use our software systems to manage and process orders

• Accurately and efficiently fulfill and ship all customer orders

• Receive, process, and stock inbound shipments of new inventory, working closely with vendors and other supply chain partners to coordinate smooth movement of product

• Process and restock customer returns

• Liaise with customer service department to quickly resolve customer concerns related to shipping and returns

• Provide proactive feedback to company leadership regarding issues or improvements and take the lead in implementing solutions

Required Qualifications

• Hyper- hyper- hyper-detailed, Type-A personality

• Able to commute to a physical warehouse location in the Austin, TX metro area

• 1+ years of previous fulfillment/warehouse management experience

• High school degree

• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes, work on your feet

• Ability to coordinate well with others

• Excellent team player with a do-whatever-it-takes attitude

• Flexible personality: Things don't always go right. You’ll need the ability to work through problems, solve them, and maintain a positive attitude along the way

• Clear and effective verbal communication skills

• Ability to work full time, M-F

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of previous fulfillment/warehouse management experience for a consumer brand

• Bachelor’s degree

• Love of the outdoors, wildlife, fishing and/or hunting
