Customer Success Liaison

The Customer Success Liaison supports the Shaffer Distributing sales team through proactive customer engagement. Shaffer is an industry leading, 4th generation family business who represents almost every supplier of arcade, virtual reality and out of home entertainment products made today. This position will mainly be involved in the front end of the sales process. This is a customer facing position that will also coordinate with multiple departments internally. Primary duties include:
- Project Management of Family Entertainment Center Sales
- Prepare purchase agreements and proposals
- Communicate confirmation of orders, deliveries and installation to all parties
- Assist account managers with customer support
- Provide pricing information and ensure its accuracy prior to shipment
- Take a proactive role in helping Account Managers collect receivables
Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Customer Service experience
- Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent follow through
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with technology
