Desired skills and expertise:

• Preferred licensed professional in California.
• Must have a Professional degree (Masters or Bachelor) in Architecture from an accredited school.
• Preferred (5+ years) of industry experience in, multi-family/residential, affordable housing, mix-use, and educational projects.
• Ability to provide professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of large, complex projects.
• Experience in proposing problem solving solutions on significant architectural design problems and methods.
• Excellent skills in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, MS Office, Adobe Suite.

• Knowledge of standard office policies and procedures, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques.
• Experience in dealing with building codes and zoning ordinances.
• Ability to communicate with clients, and consultants.
• Knowledge of professional ethics applying to the Practice of Architecture.
