Inxeption's internal marketing department is hiring a design specialist to support the creation of marketing assets for sales enablement and company-wide marketing collateral for external and internal facing channels. This role supports the growth and trajectory of the company as we continue the development of new company verticals. This role will also support leadership and team members as they present their initiatives to prospective clients/customers/partners.

Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with Creative Director and sales team for marketing support materials

+ Create innovative and on-brand collateral, including but not limited to: print advertisements, postcards, brochures, emails, landing pages, and display/social ads, and any other materials that assist marketing initiatives and campaigns

+ Ability to execute and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

+ Translate sales and marketing objectives into clear creative with the customer journey in mind

+ Listen to design needs, come up with ideas and communicate them to leadership and other members of the team

+ Produce clean, organized, and technically proficient files that are ready to share with the Creative Director, printers and/or developers

+ Support the business by learning new applications dependent on the project requirements

+ Design innovative digital collateral that leads to higher levels of engagement and increased click-through rates, as well as assist in the objective to boost sales growth when possible

+ Participate in cross-functional company meetings and brainstorming sessions

+ Assist with storyboarding, planning, and execution of photo or video shoots

+ Actively pursue work when projects are completed

Requirements:

+ Portfolio of work showing design skills and experience related to the responsibilities stated above

+ Highly creative and motivated team-player

+ Excited to take on new projects and contribute daily

+ 7-10 years of agency or in-house marketing expertise

+ Expert skills in building marketing collateral for multiple channels in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

+ Knowledge and understanding of following templates and brand standards

+ Project management experience, working on multiple projects at different stages of approval

+ Experience in digital marketing

+ Knowledge of HTML & CSS

+ Short form video production using After Effects or Adobe Premiere

+ History of supporting event promotion material

+ Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine art, or equivalent to demonstrate qualified skills

+ A portfolio with digital emphasis that clearly demonstrates strengths in concepting, creative thinking, with a clean design aesthetic

+ Good copywriting instincts and proofreading skills

+ Adept knowledge of Google Suite

+ Wordpress/Strapi experience preferred

+ Hybrid work environment - 2-3 days in office, rest of time work from home
