Job Description

Sacramento Premier Concepts is looking to hire for Customer Service positions!

Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
Basic sales and customer service
Offer recommendations for products and service packaging
Assist with upgrades to current accounts as well as new account acquisitions
Assist in product and service training alongside management
Work directly with customers in-store assisting with product information and package upgrades
Provide a magical and unforgettable customer experience.

Desired Skill Set:

Excellent Communication Skills
High level of integrity and sense of professionalism
Great work ethic and student mentality
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
