Job Description

As the Customer Success Specialist, you will directly support our Customer Success Managers by working closely with our clients to provide analytics, training and user support. This position will report to the Director of Customer Success.


Responsibilities

  • Accumulate, analyze, and present statistical data to provide total cost reduction opportunities for clients
  • Pull reports and data from systems to conduct further manipulation and analysis
  • Work extensively with the Curvo platform and data visualization tools
  • Support Curvo platform training efforts for existing and new customers
  • Manage and triage incoming client tickets to the appropriate internal stakeholders
  • Support Customer Success Managers with ad hoc custom reports and data pulls
  • Work in a project management environment and with multiple projects concurrently
  • Ensure client deliverables are executed within project timelines
  • Provide training and technical support for supplier contacts participating in Curvo sourcing events
  • Manage communication with client IT contacts to support monthly data transfers
  • Perform regular quality control checks on client data
  • Support creation and maintenance of training materials for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Participate and provide support for internal and external project meetings
  • May need to travel to client site as needed

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in hospital supply chain or healthcare IT
  • Experience Amazon Quicksight, Microsoft Power BI, and/or Tableau preferred
  • Self-starter and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong presentation and communications skills


Not required, but a plus

  • Current experience and intermediate knowledge of SQL
  • Strategic sourcing experience
  • Working knowledge of medical procedures, equipment and supplies
