Sitecore Architect - Technical Lead (Remote, US)
- $100,000 to $150,000 Yearly
- Full-Time
-Minimum of 3 years of Sitecore platform experience (5+ years preferred)
-Sitecore Certified Developer (9.0+ preferred) | Sitecore MVP a plus
-Experience in Azure PAAS
-Experience working in an agency environment including effective collaboration with other disciplines such as UX/ Visual design, content and digital strategy, UI, etc.
-Experience of setting up Sitecore in scaled environment on Azure PaaS
-Knowledge of Helix Architecture
-5 years of Experience and at least 3 projects implementing solutions using Sitecore with knowledge of best practices
-A deep understanding of the software development life cycle, Sitecore development best practices, and possess the ability to implement and execute standard software architecture patterns
-Familiar with Atomic design and software development
-Providing best-fit architectural solutions and be responsible in defining scope and sizing of work
-Provide architecture primarily focusing on Web & Mobile channels with Mobile first approach as applicable
-Provide leadership and technical design decision for the overall project, responsible for all technical aspects of the work effort, ensures technical inputs to resource plan, product backlog, E2E architecture, design, implementation,
-Identify technical risks
-Delivery of technical documentation
-Will serve as County lead Sitecore developer
-Strong Sitecore developer who is comfortable in taking on any technical challenge or task with confidence and efficiency
-Mentor and guide junior developers to help them grow their technical capabilities
-Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Sitecore platform
-Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions that are aligned with King County’s objectives
-Support multiple Agile Scrum team with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through to continuous delivery to production
-Works with Product Management and UX teams to design solutions for specific use cases that provide frameworks, interfaces and services that can be extended and reused for future requirements.
-The ability to explain technical considerations, trade-offs and recommendations to both technical and non-technical client representatives
-Provide best practice, implementation guidance and governance suggestions on infrastructure, setup and configuration, process, naming, etc…
