Job Description

Call Center Representative

Location: Rancho Bernardo (On Site position)

Monday-Friday - 1st Shift (6AM-2:30PM)

Long Term/Potential Temp to Hire

Responsibilities Include:

Providing administrative and essential operational support to their assigned programs such as: marketing support, reimbursement hotlines, patient assistance programs, case management, and compliance programs.
Serve as the primary coordinator with administrative tasks
Data entry
Coordinating mailings
Conducting follow-up calls
Managing scripted incoming calls, and/or coordinating and transferring urgent program calls to appropriate team members.
Primary point of contact providing operational and reimbursement support to complex programs
Respond to requests from patients and healthcare partners.
Phone and Email contact with medical insurance companies to help patients and providers understand and navigate the complexities of insurance coverage for a prescribed therapy
Handle incoming calls from customers, and place outgoing calls to patients and healthcare partners
Document calls in appropriate system
Handle/escalate calls per procedures
Conduct insurance research performing Insurance verifications and authorizations.

Requirements Include:

2+ Yrs Call Center Experience or related
Excellent communication Skills
Strong Computer Skills with the ability to toggle between programs
Be a self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative
High School Diploma or GED required

Compensation: $20.00Hr
