This position will help us with:
- Providing support to clients by handling clients inquires, assisting with orders, communicating progress on pending requests, updating pending requests, problems, delays, and or issues.
- Checking data for accuracy, clients orders are correctly entered, custodial contacts are update, confirm location(s).
- Providing interdepartmental assistance as needed.
What you should have:
- Read, speak and understand English; High School Diploma some college preferred
- 2 years of prior customer service experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to handle challenging client interactions
- Problem solving skills – use of the Internet
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients
