This position will help us with:

• Providing support to clients by handling clients inquires, assisting with orders, communicating progress on pending requests, updating pending requests, problems, delays, and or issues.
• Checking data for accuracy, clients orders are correctly entered, custodial contacts are update, confirm location(s).
• Providing interdepartmental assistance as needed.

What you should have:

• Read, speak and understand English; High School Diploma some college preferred
• 2 years of prior customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Ability to handle challenging client interactions
• Problem solving skills – use of the Internet
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients
