HRIS Consultant

Robert Half HR Services is seeking a contract HRIS analyst to assist a non-profit organization located in downtown Minneapolis with reviewing the recent implementation of a new HRIS system (ADP), identify errors and areas of opportunities with the existing implementation and provide solutions to fix outstanding issues.

You’re responsibilities in this role:

• Review and assess existing ADP implementation for errors, inconsistencies and inefficiencies.
• Identify data discrepancies and consistencies within the HRIS system.
• Recommend and implement solutions to correct and optimize the system.
• Document all changes, updates and improvements made during the cleanup process.
• Provide training and support to internal HR team to ensure proper system usage moving forward.

What we’re looking for:

• In-depth knowledge of ADP WFN products and modules.
• Ability to navigate and configure ADP systems, generate reports and troubleshoot issues.
• In-depth understanding of HR and payroll processes, compliance and best practices.
• Familiarity with tax regulations, wage and hour laws, and other relevant labor laws.
• Proficiency in creating custom reports and dashboards within ADP software.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
