Sales Support Coordinator

 Just in Time Staffing is looking for a hardworking, motivated and results oriented individual to add to our Team as a Sales Support Coordinator.  The primary purpose of this role is to establish an active pipeline of potential clients for our Sales Team.  Successful candidate will have an interest in sales and previous customer service experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work Closely with the Business Development Manager to establish priorities and goals.
• Compile daily lists of leads and delegate individual leads to sales team associates.
• Maintain an organized and updated sales database.
• Handle all admin duties for the organization and scheduling of client meetings.
• Follow up with clients as needed.
• Provide assistance to Sales Team as required.
• Perform data entry duties about sales figures, metrics and other key data.
• Coordinate marketing materials/drop off items for Sales Team.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as requested.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• 1-2 years sales experience.
• Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or retail environment.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to multitask and switch focus quickly.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• MS Office skills: Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Provide best in Class service throughout all interactions.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of productivity.
