This position earns a competitive starting wage of $16.50/hour for the first 60 days. Upon successful completion of probation you will be raised to $16.95 per hour. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the critical link between our internal and external customers. You are on the front line with our customers and the central hub of the connection to our sales and delivery team. Your warm, friendly, and helpful demeanor comes through in all your interactions--whether by phone or email. You patiently answer questions and assist customers with issues. With accuracy, you make sure our delivery team has all they need to successfully complete their job to the customer's satisfaction. Your good communication skills, working knowledge of products, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills help you ensure that customer needs are met with a high degree of professionalism. You carefully maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions.

With a concern for making things better for everyone, you also assist with identifying, developing, and implementing processes to support internal and external customer satisfaction. As a people person, you enjoy building strong relationships with our valued customers!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service experience
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access software applications
• Ability to navigate web-based applications
• Ability to efficiently learn our ERP software system
• Ability to use a multi-line phone system
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Exceptional customer service skills
