Clinical Manager I (Outpatient ENDO Center)

 Job Summary:

The Clinical Manager has 24/7 operational responsibility for a nursing unit which includes accountability for the quality of patient care, the performance of the nursing staff, assisting in the development and management of the budget, and the orientation, education and development of the staff. Typically supervisors up to fifty (50) FTEs.

– Require two (2) years staff level nursing experience.

– Prefer clinical supervisory or managerial experience.

– Prefer specialty certification.

Prefer experience in fast paced out patient environment

Pre/Post, Procedural Endoscopy experience a plus
