· Assist and lead volunteers involved with children’s ministry and youth ministry; coordinate efforts to align those ministries with the church’s overall vision.
· Oversee budgets for young adults, youth, and children’s ministry areas.
· Other duties as required or assigned
Qualifications:

· Personal statement of faith that is consistent with an evangelical theological commitment
· Willingness to work with and support the Lead Pastor; to reflect and reinforce the Lead Pastor's vision and approach, direction, and theological position
Potential and desire to remain in ministry at FCC for three years or more
· Minimum of three years of experience in church-based ministry or parachurch ministry
· Effectiveness in reaching and engaging with young adults
