Job Description

This position is in person, not remote
Primary responsibilities include answering emails & phone calls (must have good oral & written communication skills)
Must be customer minded in communications & follow through
Must be able to work with a team and take direction from Customer Service Manager
Must be able to learn and use multiple software systems to research and provide updates on cargo
Must have high attention to detail
May need to occasionally assist with billing
Must review information in multiple systems and ensure work is correct – all work must be double checked
Must be open to occasional overtime when the need arises
