Shake Shack Supervisor - Union Square Events - PNC Arena

Union Square Events is looking for a Venue Hospitality Supervisor to join their growing team at the PNC Arena! Who you are:

The Venue Hospitality Supervisor assists in executing the successful daily operations alongside the General Manager at the PNC Arena to support the Shake Shack location and any other USE concessions. VH Supervisors train, and lead hourly Team Members with the goal of running amazing shifts. This position reports to and works with the General Manager to improve processes, build sales, and uphold cost controls put in place by management while always living our Family Values. The VH Supervisor is tasked with the responsibility of continuing a culture of Enlightened Hospitality, while ensuring the venue remains profitable and delivers on excellent product and service.

What you'll do:

• Assisting GM in running the shift and/or prep sessions
• Assisting with tracking inventory correctly
• Helping to maintain Shake Shack standards
• Helping to maintain all F&B guidelines

What we need from you:

• 2+ years of operations management/ supervisor experience NYC culinary experience (preferred)/ DOH certified
• Prior experience in multi-national guest environments
• Proficiency in all roles needed for an event including but not limited to: bussing, passing food, table service, food handling, prep, expediting, bartending, and co-captaining
• Strong understanding of concessions, bars, and cafe-style food, service & beverage programs
• Excellent knowledge of facilities operations
• Excellent communication oral & written communication skills
• Excellent leadership, organization & management skills
• Proficiency in multiple POS platforms (Aloha, Micros, Positouch, Revel, etc)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Strong understanding of diverse cuisine and beverage trends
• Ability to travel
