Job Description

We are currently seeking a Oracle Systems Administrator is responsible for daily maintenance and operations of the Oracle Fusion cloud-based application supporting our client's Supply Chain Management organization.

Duties:

  • Maintaining and administering the Source to Pay Oracle Cloud environment
  • Maintaining security and user roles
  • Provide functional and technical support, incident management, instance administration, release management, and testing
  • Oversee the managed service provider, function as the central point of contact for all issues related to Oracle Source to Pay Cloud SaaS application
  • Support systems integration with other business systems as required
  • Provide reports to Procurement and Senior Management on an as-needed basis.
  • Provide stakeholder representation to Supply Chain Management Center
  • Maintain Single Sign On access lists
  • Maintain data exports for Oracle Fusion Cloud
  • Supports Supply Chain professionals to focus on forecast and demand planning
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Information Systems or Business-related discipline with at least 10 years of relevant experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experienced in maintaining Software As A Service applications
  • Knowledge of web applications and databases (MS Access, SQL, Oracle)
  • Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
  • Experienced in PL/SQL
  • Experienced in Apex programming language
  • Desired experience on DOE environmental cleanup projects and well as an awareness of engineering, quality, safety and health, and environmental requirements related to that work
  • Knowledge of the Company processes for procuring goods and services
  • Must have strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement processes
  • Must be self-directed, self-motivated, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have the ability to anticipate change and adjust promptly and effectively
  • Must have proven ability to manage multiple tasks with enhanced attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to track multiple actions simultaneously against procurement and project milestones
  • Must have experience preparing and writing technical documents and specifications.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to work with all levels within and across organizations
