This team at OPPO Research Center (Seattle) focuses on research and development of key mobile intelligence technologies (features, products, platforms), which delivers to the current year or the next year's flagship phones.

Responsibilities

Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
Finding ways to improve and automate development, testing and release processes
Working with software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and standards
Identify and implement solutions for scaling, performance and reliability opportunities
Monitoring the performance and reliability of the platform and responding to any active or potential issues

Requirements

Minimal Requirements Must be Satisfied:

2+ years as DevOps engineer, SRE or similar infrastructure engineering role
Hands on experience with Linux and Docker
Hands on experience with automation platform like Jenkins
Hands on experience with distributed version control system like Git
Python and Bash scripting skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in a technology related field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering etc.)
Experience with Android build system
Experience with CMake and Makefiles
Experience building complex pipeline systems
Experience with Computer Graphics, Computer Vision or Machine Learning
Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
Communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross functional teams
Entrepreneurial spirit, with track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments
