Job Description

We are looking to hire a Client Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working directly with our customers through many channels as a valued resource and trusted advisor, helping their business grow. As a vital member of the Client Services team, you will be part of a data-driven team that engages with brands that strive to provide relevant marketing to consumers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct outreach to maintain strong relationships with the client base and identify services and solutions, such as digital, and online access, and that support clients' needs.

  • Onboard new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information

  • Exercise discretion by pricing and quoting client estimates to win new projects while maintaining standard profit margins.

  • Greet and service clients in a professional and friendly manner while developing positive client relationships.

  • Prioritize and organize the workflow and collaborate with all facets of the operation and administration of client accounts.

  • Collaborate with the sales, design, procurement, and construction teams to improve workflows.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.

  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

  • Experience working with customer support.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to line up and organize workflow.

We are looking to fill these positions IMMEDIATELY! Compensation determined based on experience. Only resumes accompanied by salary requirements will be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
