We need a Senior Developer that has strong experience with Unreal Engine 4 and C++. We use motion capture technology to bring our real-world 8500sqft casino media studio digital twin to the metaverse. Our ideal candidate comes from or interested in a gaming background and loves new development and challenges! You will also take on a role to make features and decisions that use player experiences, feedback, and data. You will implement, test, and balance changes during build reviews, feature launches, and economic adjustments.

What You Will Be Doing

Communicate clearly to gain alignment within teams to create design specifications from ideation to launch.
Collaborate with Product and Design team and develop the best Metaverse casino gaming platform out on the market
Work from specification through production
Develop casino game logic with Rokoko Suit

Requirements
What You Need for this Position

3+ years developing professionally in the gaming industry
3+ Years of Unreal Engine Experience
Experience with Unreal Engine 4
Strong with C++
Debugging skills
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
Source control
Bachelor in Computer Science preferred
