Job Description

Responsible for:

The technical execution of all venues at the Irvine Campus
- Management & distribution of up-to-date SOPs
Managing ministry & outside events w/ assistance from event services partner
Managing equipment, maintenance & service contract budgets for the department
Audio equipment and systems management across all venues at the Irvine campus
Weekend service venue support
- Upper Lawn TD/FOH
- Worship Center TD/FOH
- Weekend service show calling duties

Assist with:

Production volunteer recruiting, development, and management across all congregations
Maintaining a universal process for all things production across all congregations
- Helping all congregations be more integrated and give Mariners a "one church - one team" reality that is necessary as we continue to expand our impact throughout Southern California
Set build and strike planning and execution
Internship program
AVL equipment & system management
Mariners Production procurement projects
Special projects assigned by the Production Director

Consultant on:

Weekend service programming
Contextualizing service production elements for congregations

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Trade School completion in the field of work preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of work or ministry experience required
Weekend availability required
Expertise in large format audio systems and equipment as well as experience managing technical teams and volunteers preferred
