Job Description

Candidate MUST live in FORT LAUDERDALE or the IMMEDIATE surrounding area no more than 15 minutes from the office - 2501 E. Commercial Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is an HR department of one, so experience as a sole HR department is highly beneficial.

Role and Responsibilities:

The primary role of the Coordinator is to procure and negotiate rates and create strong, long term vendor relationships with our facility partners. This position will also provide client facing support. In this capacity, this role requires the incumbent to have strong negotiation and persuasion skills with facilities and clients. The Coordinator is also responsible for:

· Liaison with current and potential facility vendors, as the main point of contact.

o Working closely with the facilities to continue to build and grow the program and relationships.

· Responsible for ensuring all Direct Billing Accounts are approved by the vendors.

· Orientations with all facilities.

· Orientations should be performed weekly for facilities in use each week to ensure new team members are trained and noted in CRM when and with whom orientations are done.

· Make sure new hotel vendors meet our guidelines (ie. vetting for quality and reviews, etc.).

· As an on-going project, check reviews at current and future check in facility selections to ensure consistent quality standards. Any negative change in quality standards should be brought to management immediately to get the crews moved/relocated.

· All sourcing and procurement with potential vendors.

· Exposure for our upcoming roll out of the CrewFacilities.com per diem travel card and set up per diem travel card with facilities.

· Keep a report for weekly reporting out to Management of all new partners.

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Coordinators must possess:

· A procurement mindset with vendors (facilities/hotels)

· Demonstrated minimum of 2 years experience in a customer facing (virtual or in person) environment

· Demonstrated one year experience of pricing and negotiation experience for a commercial or government entity

· Team player – ability to work cross functionally in a positive solution driven manner

· Excellent communication skills with demonstrated proficiency using both voice and written communication channels

· Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

· HS Diploma or GED is required

· Ability to work non-standard hours based on business need

Preferred Skills

· Prior experience in a similar purchasing or sourcing role

· Prior work experience in a support services environment

· Ability to work at times with minimal supervision and direction

Additional Notes

At times, a Coordinator may be asked to work non-traditional hours based on client need. As CrewFacilities.com is a growing organization, additional responsibilities in order to meet and exceed client expectations may be required beyond those included in this position description.
