Crk International Business in NorthRidge, CA is looking for one customer service to join our 11 person strong team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable. We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Customer service representative will show clients how to operate rides and make sure they are following the designated route. Representative will be working the cash register and sign clients up for our rewards program.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash register
• Manage credit card transactions
• Teach clients how to operate rides
• Oversee the duration of the ride
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
