Summary of Job's Purpose:
Designers report to the VP, Creative Services. A Designer is integral to the production of best-in-class print and digital brand/sales marketing executions that reflect the design vision set forth by creative leadership.
The Position:
- The Creative Services department is service-oriented and requires a Designer that excels in clear communication and strong collaboration with both internal and external "clients"
- Understand and appreciate established design guidelines, but curious and excited to iterate and expand upon.
- Self-review and manage all creative deliverables-leveraging senior designers for creative feedback.
- Participate in creative department brainstorms in the evolution of the Kargo brand.
- Produce sales materials and marketing communications, including client presentations, new product go-to-market materials, sell sheets, event collateral, email blasts, and more
- Support Associate Designers with swag sourcing, development and production
The Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and self-management skills
- Ability to rapidly adapt as business needs change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Mac and PC based skills
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Proficiency in motion graphics (Adobe AfterEffects) is a plus
