Business Analyst

R2C is seeking a Business Analyst to support phases of the capture, proposal, and contract process. This includes development of capture and capabilities briefings, pipeline development and maintenance, building price structures, responding to data calls, initiating communications with stakeholders, and contributing to the development of technical, management, past performance, resumes, and pricing artifacts.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinate business development, contracts, and stakeholder meetings.
• Support the business development team with responses to prospective and active client inquiries including request for proposals.
• Brief leadership on business development and contracts activities.
• Identify relevant experience within R2C's body of work, responding to requests for information, and draft sub-sections of proposals. Prepare notional budgets for bids.
• Operate web-based tools to pinpoint opportunities that are consistent with R2C's capabilities and service offerings.
• Compile and analyze data relating to new opportunity identification. Communicate the conclusion to the capture team orally and in writing.
• Organize, plan, and support pipeline review meetings, synthesizing, accumulating, refining, and organizing research data into logical format to inform disposition actions for identified opportunities.
• Prepare detailed media reports, press releases, and marketing materials.
