PRODUCTION PROJECT MANAGER & CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
A leading print finishing company is looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented individual. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have customer service experience with phone and data entry skills.
Requirements
- Print finish and printing experience is a PLUS.
- 5+ years of customer service.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
