Due to continued growth, we are excited to bring on additional Strategic Advisory Services IT Systems & Business Process Consultant to join our growing & elite Strategic Advisory Services Practice.  We are looking for individuals that have a roll-up the sleeves and get their hands dirty attitude, to help progress an already amazing and highly talented team/practice to even higher success.  If this sounds like you, then we are your company. 

As a Strategic Advisory Services IT Systems & Business Process Consultant, you will be a part of an Elire Strategic Advisory Services team that travels to client sites throughout the US to assist with Strategic Roadmap development, Change Management, Business Process Mapping, and Business Process Disconnect Analysis within PeopleSoft, Kyriba, FIS and Oracle Cloud systems   Typical projects range in length from 3 to 18 months.  

This resource will be trained to perform and assist with the following activities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships through individual contacts and group meetings
• Understand customer requirements and business objectives
• Creation and distribution of meeting materials
• Support new technology implementation
• Contribute to provide strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
• Execution of design sessions including fit-gap analysis
• Leading and facilitating current and future state process mapping work sessions
• Using Visio to create process documentation
• Conducting best practice research
• Identifying and mitigating issues and risks

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Worked on PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud system implementations, optimizations, upgrades and roll outs.
• Experience facilitating meetings - able to conduct meetings with stakeholders and influence outcomes
• Knowledge of business processes from either a financials or human resources working environment
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and to work within a directed and non-directed environment to complete work activities
• Strong communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization; including senior leadership
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills with problem solving abilities
• Proven sensitivity to cultural diversity in the business environment
• Self-Starter, and ability to take initiative outside of assigned tasks
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Exposure and knowledge of developing process maps and improving business processes

All applicants must also meet the following requirements:

• Legally able to work for any employer in the US
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• 2-3 years of Consulting or relevant Professional Experience, (Accounting, Financials, Human Resources)
