BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years’ experience working within hardware engineering technology or relevant equivalent

• Medical device or personal care product lifecycle development
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong experience with formatting technical documents and spreadsheets
• Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite of products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to draft and detail proposals and statements of work (SOW)
• Up to 10% travel or onsite presence at customer locations may be required
• Must possess valid U.S. Driver’s License
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working as PMO lead in product development, automation, or manufacturing industry.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• A degree in engineering, communications, business, or project management is a bonus
• Experience working with within PDM/PLM document control systems such as, Teamcenter, JIRA, or Windchill

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Program Management of Commercial Teams
• Lead, mentor support and consult other project managers and team members
• Expertise in formal project management methods and tools
• Prior experience developing and implementing project management standards and processes.
• Support engineering staff and leadership in:
  • Task management
  • KPI collection
  • Report generation
  • Meeting management/ownership
• Assist with staffing management at specific client site
• Manage new client orientation and reporting
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
