Call Center IT Support Specialist
REMOTE / WORK FROM HOME / PAID TRAINING
*We are currently hiring for a work-from-home tech support specialist already located in the Las Vegas area. This is a role that encourages an interest in troubleshooting wifi extension technology. The reason that this remote role requires one to be located in the Vegas area is that the equipment will need to be picked up at one of our sites before formal work hours begin.
IT Specialist Requirements:
- At least 1 year of prior tech support/call center experience
- Must own up-to-date laptop
- Must have access to high-speed internet
- Must have well-rounded familiarity with computer settings, wifi settings, and app extensions
- Must have verbal and written professionalism
- Must be on time-- zero-tolerance policy for lateness when working remotely
- Must be reliable
- Must already be located in Las Vegas, Nevada
- Must be able to work immediately
- This is a background check administered hiring opportunity
- BILINGUAL Spanish speakers are also welcome (must also speak English)
